About the Role:
The Sage Room Inc is looking for a friendly and motivated Dining Room Attendant to join our team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic front-of-house team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth dining room flow
- Assist servers by refilling water, removing used dishes, and delivering food as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Restock service stations with linens, silverware, and glassware
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay on your feet during long shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, guest-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed

The Sage Room provides two types of dining. Unlike most restaurants, our kitchen is located in the middle of the dining room for all to see. It has a small ten person bar that we call the Chef’s Table, which wraps around the kitchen for the eager diner to sit and enjoy watching the chef’s culinary skills.
